Stress Testing

I would like to do some stress testing on a new E1 9.0 instance. What are some of my options out there? Anything free that comes with the Oracle Technology Stack? I am looking into Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) but I am not sure that it comes with the tech stack. Also, I have heard about LoadRunner and QuickTest Pro. Does anyone have any experiences with OATS, LoadRunner, QuickTest Pro, or any other app?
