Location of 8.98.4.2 Tools Release

I have been looking for the 8.98.4.2 Tools Release software in the Update Center, but without any luck. I logged a call with Oracle Support and was told that the TR software can be found on eDelivery. Was there any announcement of changing the location for TR software? (Maybe I missed it)

If you search for 8.98* in the Search for Name field it should come up. I think they changed the naming convention a little bit for the Tools Releases recently so what you put in for a search in the past may not work. For example, the recent 8.9.4.2 Tools Release for the Deployment server comes up as "8.98.4.2-Deployment-Server" where as previous releases are named just "89841".
