Reserved by own users

Hello there

I guess i have asked that question ealier but response was not clear.

Now our users getting more ofren that the lock or reserved the record themselve and even when they sign out and login back does not resolve the issue,
i have to go to p00095 to delete the row reserved by the user to solve the problem.

I want to know what cause this and how to solve that problem?

We had the same issue a while back in the Finance area when working with the Voucher Entry. ESU JK18201 fixed it for us. I'm sure this has been superceeded by now.
