Problems with RDA

Hi everyone, i need a little help here, Im working with an electronic invoice proyect that is curretly in development, but mi getting an error message everytime i try to see the event rules of one of the reports.

the error message displayed is

It would be a good idea if you put the text of the message in your post along with your system config (see mine system config below as an example).
