Not able to see \'Export to excel\' option while exporting the data

Hello,

I am not able to see the 'Export to excel' option when i am trying to export the data from the databrowser in webclient jde 8.12, I enabled all the activex controls, whenever I am trying to export the data a window is popping up prompting me to install 'JDEExpImpU' software, eventhough i installed it, still i am facing the same error.

Can any one help me out on this pls????
