Copy Media Atachments

Hi every one I hope you can help we are using JDE oneworld xe and are hoping to implament an issue management system . ideally what id like to happen is when we create a new incident is instead of creating a new media atchment , copy an existing template one . I havent had a lot of experience working with media atachments so please forgive me if this is a bit of a nooby question but is it posable to copy media atachments within JDE ?

PS1 I remember I provided some code to show how you can copy an existing attachment, and present it for review to the user.
