Unable to create Transactionn Server under Server Manager

Hi all,
I tried to create Transaction Server under Server Manager but it failed with this message :
SEVERE: Exception invoking method install
java.lang.Exception: Failed to create jms-entity 'TriggerQueue' of type 'QUEUE'
Have you ever seen this problem ?
Details of my configuration are in attachment.
I'm working on 9.0 TR 8.98.3.3 (linux RedHat), Oracle 11gr1 database (linux RedHat), Websphere 7.0 (linux RedHat)
