Applying POCs to web servers

Hi all

I'm trying to apply a POC to our web servers (updating the Menutag.jsp file) but it breaks the menus completely and I had to back it out. Oracle also mentioned in the POC instructions "Delete the compiled jsps (temporary files)" if you have any issues, but I'm not sure where they are located and what the file names are. Has anyone had experience deleting these files before?

Unfortunately the Oracle case was closed a while ago and would have to open a new one.

We are on E8.12 8.98.2.2 and the web servers are OAS 10.1.3.4.
