Report R42950 Error after Tools Upgrade to 8.98.3.1

We have upgraded to Tools 8.98.3.1 and one of the reports (R42950) is erroring out on the server. Works fine locally, works fine on the server in PY but errors out in PD on the server. Jdedebug.log calls bsfn ("B4502330" CacheVolumeIncentiveDealGroup) and ends with no "OUT" parameters. I have noticed one thing that it builds the cache using "hcacheinit" but never terminates it using "hcacheterminateall".
Please help this is very urgent.

Sounds like an issue I've heard about. 8.98.3.* has a known issue with jdeCacheInit/jdeCacheTerminate api's for long running UBE's. It dyes after an hour or two sometimes, other times the UBE will finish just fine. You can have JDE apply a tools POC if you call them.

In our case its ending in error all the time and it only runs for couple mins before it ends in error. Also, I am not sure when you say JDE apply a tools POC? We have a case open with JDE and they are looking at JDEDebug and other logs but not able to get anywhere with it for last few days.
