Java error after updating to 8.98.3.3

good afternoon,after updating to 8.98.3.3 we started getting sporadic users complaining about a java error evertime they clicked on View Job Status. We had one user have this happen in test, but when we went to production it went away. After hearing more users complain, we went back to the one local user and it still happens in Test but not Production. In production so far; only remote users are the ones complaining about it. The java error is affecting any application in the Action section of the menu. Users are mainly IE7, this is for 8.12.
Has anyone seen this error, or have any ideas? TIA.

Try to clear the user overrides (UO) on the view job status app.

Menu options failing to launch from either the fastpath OR the Actions Menu at the bottom of the screen if the Menu is set to maximized on the web client. You will see an Error on page error show in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window.

The Solution is to minimize the menu window by clicking on the double window icon (below the Sign Out link in the screen header area) to bring the menu back down to normal size. Once the menu is back to normal ALL options work correctly.
 
yes, we had them clear ALL browser history from Delete Browser History on the tools menu.
 
Thanks so much Terry, your solution worked perfectly. After reading the solution we were able to duplicate the issue on a client that wasn't having the issue and then correct it.
