R91300B impacts future scheduled jobs

When running the scheduler Purge ube R81300B - we are seeing anomalies where the future scheduled weekly jobs are dropping off - anyone see this type of oddity ?

typo in the original email. The report is R91300B, not R81300B

Filter out the active jobs Jay.
PS Use Data Selection.

Attached is my take on it, based on an Oracle How To document (sorry, I lost it).
The key here is to retrieve->format->include in Proc Options the UTC (in minutes).
