Hi,

We are implementing JDE E1 9.0 for a plant in Czech Republic.
For automatic payments we need to create a flat file in JDE this is exported to the pc and then uploaded in the banking software.
Issue is that this flat file should be formatted according to code page CP852 (Latin2).
We tried to set this up through application P93081 (Work with Flat File Encoding) but this specific code page is not available.
We have now used code page CP1250 but that is not acceptable for the Czeck bank.

Is there anyone who has experience with this?

Thank you.

Wow, the old DOS codepage? Amazing they haven't had other problems.

Anyway, post-process your exported file with something like the free iconv tool to move it from the ISO codepage to the ancient IBM proprietary DOS czech codepage.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iconv

It is available for windows, the above page mentions how to get it.

Use code page 257 with character id of 083. With 9.1 everything should be Unicode, can you please explain in detail what you are trying to do?

Thank you.
