Transform osa/pdf RT Parser question

New to the forum here; looks like good information.
I'm more of a FS person, than a JDE person, so I hope what I'm posting makes sense to everyone. I have an AP file coming into Formscape, the first check is perfect. The second check is missing a lot of info. This check appears to be splitting across pages (looking at the pdf generated from JDE 9.0). In the parser's "select report map" properties there are options for "enable split section carry forward". But is doesn't seem to be working correctly. Any advise or words of wisdom?

Bring in the data via queue process and examine the bag. Is all the data in the bag?
What type of data is missing?
Header / footer or repeating line item data?
Let me know, I know its been awhile. You may have solved this already.
