We are using an Employee Self Service portal and one of the portlets we are using is Expense Management. What we have noticed is that when users enter an expense report and go in to add an attachment (a PDF of their scanned receipts), in the media object viewer, when they click to "Add a File" they are presented with two options as depicted in the attached screenshot. We are wondering if we can remove the "Select Queue" option and only have the option to "Select a Local File"? Anyone know if this is possible? A normal portal end user would never need to select an item from the queue list. They will always just be attaching PDFs of their scanned documents and having this option seems to slow the process down and is confusing.
