Managed Instances from Server Manager Displays the Wrong Status

I was trying to take down the PY and DV managed instances on JAS1 when I noticed that the status showed running when looking at the JAS1 on Server Manager but when I selected the PY managed instance, the status showed stopped. The PY instance was running but what would cause the status to show different? We are on the current TR release and have 8.12. I'm attaching screen prints. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try stopping and starting the server manager agent on the appropriate JAS server. I run into this situation once in a while, and it seems that bouncing the agent gets things back in sync.
