Restoring an applications versions - E8.10

Working in 8.10, all of the "versions" of a particular application "just disappeared".
We're not sure where they have gone to.
The issue spans environments as they are missing from PD and PY.

The application happens to be "Payroll Workbench" (P07210).
Is there an object where these could be restored from?
If SO, what object would that be?
If NOT, has anyone seen/recovered from this type of problem?
What did you do to fix it?

What platform are you on. When you say they disappeared do they just not appear in the IV application , or they do exist in the F983051 table either.?

check to see if the versions are still listed in the F983051 and if so check the vrvlistmode for the "lost" versions. If they are in the table but not visible the the value is set to 20. Change it back to a 2 I believe for them to show up again.
