Tools Upgrade - Grid Row Data Missing

I just finished a tools upgrade to 8.98.32. For some reason now, certain apps hide or lose grid rows whenever "scroll-to-end" is entered. Doesn't seem to matter whether it is with a custom grid or not.

Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
