I was only speaking about the INS. I was not talking about the Enterprise
server other than say what we are using. The INS has only one NIC
associated with it therefore we were unable to install the PC version of the
JDE software.
We do have a separate NIC for the Enterprise server and it has an IP address
associated to it that is different from the NIC associated with the INS.
We are using work servers as well as TERM servers and each has either a Dual
NIC or two NIC's installed on them to make JDE work. We were unable to do
this until we found that JDE was binding to the network layer and not
allowing the system to function properly.
