esu - JD8314 - R04702A

Hi list,
We had a problem of AP integrity R04702A showing lot of w batches which are
not having integrity issue.We applied the esu JD8314 in CRP.
After the esu the report always stays in the processing state in server.
If we run the report local still it is not processing.We sent the debug log
to JDE.JDE is still working on it.

Does anyone experienced this kind of problem?
Any suggestions ??????? Thanks in advance.
