MPS with Line Capacity

When we run MPS, system is not considering the line capacity / WorkCenter capacity. System is giving messages for more Work Orders with same line even though it is over-capacity. We are using E1 8.12 with process manufacturing.
Could any one please give some light on this issue. Thanks in advance.

MPS does not consider line capacity. The normal flow is:
1. Run MPS,
2. Run Rough Cut Capacity
Balance your load by moving some MPS work orders around.
3. Re-run RCCP to check load balance.
4. Run MRP.
