DST change, Scheduler has wrong time

Hey guys,
After the DST change everything was updated as expected, but the scheduler's time didn't. It still thinks it's an hour ago. Maybe its that we want our scheduler setup differently, and maybe it's impossible, but JDE support isn't being any help.
Right now the processing options on P91300 are set to not use DST, and that's because this time last year, we had that on, and it changed all our jobs to start an hour later (IE a job would run at 0300, and after DST it would show running at 0400). We don't want to have to look at the scheduler and think, okay is DST in effect? yes then subtract an hour from that time, and that's when it will really run... We want the jobs to say they'll run at 0300 year-round, and have them run at 0300 according to the enterprise server (as400). The 400 did properly update according to DST, and the time zone is set to QN0500EST3.
TL;DR: Want to get scheduled jobs to report the same time all year, and the scheduler service to run according to the time on the as400.

Have you tried to go to P00085 Work with Daylight Savings Rules? Also I am assuming you are using the native JDE Scheduler which is not very good. I would suggest a 3rd party scheduler. For your platform ROBOT Scheduler is a good one to use.
