Cannot Print Batch Version Report

Hi to all,

Need help.
This is the scenario.
User can generate the pdf file on screen of report R42520 but cannot print automatically on printer but was able to print office documents (like word and excel). The printer is connected locally. the only thing that was change prior to the issue/problem is that they change the domain on the computer...

Test, can you ping the printer on enterprise server/workstation/web server (depending on where the report is printed from).
The dns name on the network of the printer host may have changes from what was setup in the printer defaults. (asumption that you are not printing from pdf reader)
