Secured Task View Not Working

I have marked my "EnterpriseOne Menu" task view as a "secured" task view.

Even with the secured task view checked, a user with limited security can see the menus in the task view.

Anyone seen this problem and gotten around it? Seems like this should be fairly straight-forward.
 
Check that user's solution explorer security, security Type A, and validate it is indeed limited or if they have less restrictive rights.
 
Thanks guys. I must have slipped up somewhere. Your suggestions helped fix the problem.
