which table i can get the value of Processing Option?

Processing option values are stored in F98306 in Central Objects. However, as you might guess with the variable number of values available in each PO template, the actual values are stored as a BLOB, so they are not readable or modifiable (is that a word?) outside of E1.

As Ken mentioned you cannot directly read these values from F98306 , of course there are Third Party tools that can do this.
You can also use report - R98306 to print the processing option values for an Interactive or Batch Version. Use the data selection to narrow or expand your search.

No association to Everest software, but...
I think Everest Software has something called PO Commander that will allow export to Excel/PDF all PO values for an object by version and across environments.
