Server Manager and null users

I'm JDE 9.0 and Tools 8.98.05. Currently I experience an issue where users listed as logged into JD Edwards will have a login time of 12/31/69 7:00 PM. You can not terminate these user sessions and they stay until the HTML server is restarted.

I've tried the fix listed in this article, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anybody else have the issue?

That is a bug, fixed with a Tools upgrade

12/31/69 7:00 PM is the beginning of time, adjusted for your time zone.
