Issue with Batch invocation on 9.0 setup

Hi All,
I have installed JDE Enterprise One 9.0 on Windows 2003 Server with SQL Server 2005.
When i execute batch version R01010Z (version ZJDE0001) for the first time, everything works fine. (i.e. the unprocessed data for user JDE from interface table F0101Z2 gets transferred into base table F0101).
When executing the same application for the second time, the newly added unprocessed data from interface table F0101Z2 doesn't get loaded into F0101. However, when i delete the previously transferred data in F0101 and re-run the revision program, it gets executed successfully.

Has anyone faced such issue?
Any pointers will be of great help!
