Hello List,
I am about to install JDE E1 9.0 on MS Windows 2008 and MS SQL Server 2008,
I have a cluster server with 2 nodes where the SQL server and enterprise “logic” server where will resides on, another non-clustered server will be as UBE server only.
Now I am wondering about the configuration should I install MS SQL in Active/Active mode or Active/Passive.
I used to install it in Active/Passive so the SQL run on one of the nodes and JDE on the outher.
But if I did the installation of SQL in Active/Active so one the node which running the JDE will carry the load of both JDE and half of SQL load, is there in any effect of the performance?
Is it possible to run JDE enterprise server on Active/Active mode?
What is best configuration recommended?
