Virtualization - Users are not able to login to OW & few are not able to submit Jobs on server

Hello All,

Need your expert advice in one of the issue
Issue:
Users are not able to login to OW & few are not able to submit Jobs on server we did Virtualization in non-pd logic servers.
We are on XE B733 on Windows platform with SQL Database.

There is no reason related to virtualizing a server that would cause this, unless you haven't installed the special paravirtualized drivers for Windows on your platform (VMWare, Xen, Oracle?)

You should need to do the standard type of troubleshooting for any new logic server: is it properly registered in DNS, can you ping the server, does PORTTEST run correctly, is the old server off, etc.?
