OW journal receivers

We are running EnterpriseOne B7334, SP24.3 on iSeries V5R4.
I am trying to find what process deletes OneWorld journal receivers in library OWJRNL. According to Oracle's Knowledge Garden documentation “journal receivers are not dynamically maintained and should be deleted by customers”.
The issue is that those journals are somehow deleted and I need them. Any suggestions/ideas are greatly appreciated.

Nothing within JDE manages the retention of journal receivers. Talk to your 400 admin to see what they have setup to purge these. If you have mirroring software running that can be used to manage the journals also.

Our attributes for the OneWorld journal are set to "*SYTEM" for "Manage receivers" and "*YES" for "Delete Receivers". This automatically deletes receivers as they are detached.
