BI Publisher Enterprise configuration

Hi All,
Earlier we used BI embedded edition. Now my client asked me to install BI enterprise.
I successfully installed the Enterprise edition, and I added a JDBC datasource but when i test connection it is saying could not establish connection.
I installed DAS server also.
But still same issue.... please help
