Formscape server 3.4 installation

Hi,
I am new to formscape. I require to install formscape server version 3.4,can anybody help me where i can find release document or installation guide for the same or even hardware and software pre-requistes information will be great help.

Formscape installation guides are usually shipped with the Installation CDs. Regarding the MTRs, usually it requires minimum 200MB of disk space, 256 MB of RAM, MySQL database.
The Application Server is shipped with the CD, so need not bother about that.
