Template not reflecting changes

Currently using embedded BI Pub. Made a change to the template after downloading it. Saved the .rtf file made the change then uploaded the file. I can download and see the change and even download from another machine but the UBE which is associated with the RD and template is still seeing the older verions without my modifications. Any ides???

There is a problem with the BI Publisher kernel in that it only runs in a single environment. If you have gone live with BI Publisher in PD and have made changes to a template you will not see the changes until the template is moved to PD. Once you go live, the BI Publisher kernel will only grab templates from PD when creating output regardless of which environment you are logged into. This is a real pain.

Does the scenario I described above sound like your situation?
