You should take a look at the Interoperability sections on the KG.
Interoperability allows to you invoke BSFN from third party applications (
like DCOM for Windows languages like
VB, VC++, JRIM for Java and CORBA for Unix and AS/400 ).
It's a very powerful tool provided by JDE.
