The site is currently tracking inventory in/outs using pen, paper, and manual keying.
They would like to bring this into the current century.

OTHER THAN RF-Smart, what are some softwares that do this?

Please AND Thanks

Gene,

Some other well-known players in this market include DSI and RFGen. In addition, at Collaborate this Spring, there was a presentation by a company that worked with CIBER to accomplish barcoding without middleware. If you're interested, I'll send you a copy of the presentation, which includes contact information.

I am very familiar with RFgen. I have compared them with DSI and RFsmart. I chose RFgen because of their zero footprint in JDE. Their architecture is much better than the other solutions and is easy to work with. The development tool is great. They saved me thousands of dollars over the other solutions I looked at and the implementation was fast. You can find them at http://jde.rfgen.com.

Paul, thank you for you input.
I'll make sure I keep RFGen in mind going forward.

I have personally implemented RFgen many times. It a much lower cost than RFsmart and DSI's dcLink. The integration to JDE is much cleaner and does not require any footprint in your JDE system. The website is http://jde.rfgen.com. You can also contact me directly if you'd like more information.
