Create!Form Server log on issue

We are running on Create!Form 6.2 on Windows 2003 and it looks like we always need to have an administrator to log on to the server only then the printing is able to be carried out successfully. If the admin is signed out, the printing will be paused and stopped. Is it a must to sign in to the server for the printing? Do anyone face this?

When correctly installed the CformServer does not require an administrator to be logged on. When you installed CformServer were you logged on with Administrator rights?
