E812 8.97 Chart is not appear when view RD output

My Enterprise Server is IBM AIX. I've created RTF template consist of table and chart. My problem happen when sumitted Report definition on E1. I cannot see output with chart.

Has anyone know a problem please share your solution. would be appreciate a lot.

I ran into this myself. It turns out that a bunch of support for charts was added in BIP 10.1.3.3 and/or 10.1.3.4 (dunno which) -- but the BIP processing engine integration on the EOne servers is at 10.1.3.2 -- I believe you'll have to wait for them to upgrade the BIP engine in the EOne integration.

Then again, it might be something else, you could contact support.
