Andre,

When I used this in the past, I had to create the order first then create the text attachment in a separate run.

Expected output files F4201, F4211, F4006, F4314

I load the key fields EKCO, EDOC, DCT, EDLN from my EDI transaltor.
I create the order but I do not get any text lines created in F4314. That
is my problem!

Does any one know the answer?
Than k for any help.

When creating this in the past I had to ensure the line numbers for F47012
are in F4715 (detail text). Also the text lines in F4715 have to start with
1.00 and increment for each line of text for each detail line on the order.
Ex. Part ABC line 1.000 text line 1.00...5.00 In the translator you will
have to specify the line increment and clear when the detail line changes.

Re: re: In EDI 850 inbound PO, how to load the text message file

If you populate F4714 the header text will be uploaded to F00165 when R47011 is run. To get this to work I ZTEKCO, ZTEDOC, ZTEDCT, ZTFILE (WITH F47011), and ZTLINS. Leave ZTEDLN and ZTLNID blank. Of course put your text in ZTTXLN and increment ZTLINS for each message record for the same PO. This does not put the formatting junk in front of the field in F00165 but the first time someone goes in to review the order attachments it will put the formatting in there.

Re: In EDI 850 inbound PO, how to load the text message file

We figured it out!
The translator map the text message line in F4714 (header) and F4715
(Detail)
Ensure that the line # are 1000 2000 3000, not 1,2,3
