Changing E811 TEST environment look and feel

Is there a way to set the background color of the E1 system, something like a global setting to change the <body bgcolor="0x..."> attribute or something similar?

I am looking for a way to change the look and feel of the TEST system so that there is no confusion about which environment the users are currently working in. Ideally, setting the background color of the TEST environment would be good.

Any suggestions?
 
There are a number of posts in this section that talk about exactly this thing. You don't need to search farther back than a year to find various suggestions on how to accomplish this.
