Strange JDE application behaviour in Citrix

Hello All,

I am facing a strange issue in one of the JDE customised application, in all the FAT clients the grid horizontal scroll bar is partly visible, but in of my Citrix machine the application is working good no issues.
Initially I thought its due to spec mismatch & deployed package but it didnt worked.
Did any one know why this strange thing happening.

It is a Resolution vs. Form Size issue.

I suppose, the resolution on your FAT client is higher (1280x1024), and your Citrix client is on lower (1024x768 or lower).

Sometimes, turning on to view Exit Bar under Preferences can cause the same effect.

By my experiences, I size the forms 920x690, which does not cause this behaviour - also does not with turned on Exit Bar.

If you are a CNC, then forward this to the affected developer.

Thanks for the reply, I checked in both the working & not working machines, the resolution is same i.e 1024 by 708 pixels and Low 8 bit.
