Oracle Portal 10.1.4.2

Hi List,
We are in the process of implementing Oracle Portal 10.1.4.2. We followed Section 4 in Doc. ID 799993.1 for a fresh install of OracleAs Portal. After we applied patch P5983622, we are not able to see the portal login page. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
