Strange WO Attachment defaulting on all manually created WO\'s.

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me. I'm looking at a bit of a problem my company are experiencing with WO attachments. e are running E1 v8.12

Every WO that is being manually created using P48013 has a default attachment 'Text1' attached. Whatever we try we cannot seem to find out where this default text is coming from and therefore cannot get rid of it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

No guesses as to where it's coming from. But if you haven't tried it already... search the F00165 GDTXVC for the *Text1*, maybe stumble on some template or other source that is somehow being invoked.

Thanks for the reply - I have checked the F00165 and found a record with '|WO||A' as the TXKY. It should have read 10185|WO||A where 10185 is the WO number. As it did not have this info it was applying it to all new orders.

Apparently this is caused by someone creating an attachment and before pressing OK, JDE times-out and created the text has no WO to apply to.
