WAS 6.0.2.13 with Tools Release 8.97 - HTML error menu not loading

Hi,
I have installed tools release 8.97.2.7 in my enterpriseone setup. However, HTML environments are no longer accessible although I pushed the correct tools release. When I log on to DV/ QA HTML, the menu does not load up properly after authentication.

Please let me know if you have any clue.

I have faced this issue before where the menus and fast path are not showing up. try this:
what is you JDE version? what is your previous tools release?
if you were in 8.96 and you have 8.12 and above you need to clear F989999 and F989998.
if you are in 8.11 and below you need to make a full gen from a client with 8.97

Could you possibly post or attach the log from the web server so we can see the errors that are happening? What Tools Release are you upgrading from?

I had a similiar issue when testing 8.98. Metalink 3 document id 798224.1 solved my issue.

I was deploying the tools release in existing ports/instances. I deleted them, created instances afresh. That solved the problem.
