TR 8.98.1 installation

I have this configuration with EO8.12:
Database server Windows 2003 64bit with Oracle 10.2.0.4
Enterprise Server Windows 2003
Web Server Windows 2003

I installed succesfully Tool Release 8.98.1 on deployment, enterprise and web server. Built correctly a full package for client and server, deployed it to server and client.

Now I have a problem. When I login to web server I see correctly the task view and tasks but when I launch an interactive application I receive the generic error:

"Could NOT LOAD FORM ...."

I tried to truncate table F989998 and F989999 in my environment but nothing has changed

Any help will be appreciated
