How to delete the cahced information on line item type in PO order detail.

HI Frnds,

I have mistakenly typed as SQ instead of "s" (stock TYpe" for line item type in PO order detail line.
But whenever iam trying to input the value as "S' its showing as 'SQ". which needs to be purged/deleted. I tried using user overriedes => purge cache but no luck..

Plz let me know how to purge this value.

Is this for a FAT client or WEB? Either way, I think you are talking about the typeahead feature (FAT Client) or Internet Explorer's auto-complete feature.

In the case of the FAT client, you can delete the file called TypeAhead.tae. Find that file in WINDOWS folder in your user profile directory. That will get rid of the issue. Make sure you are logged out of JDE first.

For IE7, open Internet Options, on the General tab, click on the Delete button under browsing history, then click on the Delete Forms button.

For IE6 open Internet Options, on the Content tab, click on AutoComplete, then click "Clear Forms"

Close your browser and try again.

Yes i have deleted the info from "AHEAD FILE" from windows for that particular user id.
