Configuration Assistant: Export button missing

Hello List,
We are working with PAR files and are in the process of converting our 8.12 PAR file to 9.0
Problem is that our 9.0 standalone installation with configuration assistant has NO export possibilities what so ever: no export button, no export link in the menu, keyboard shortcut does not work,...

Has anyone seen this before? Or does anyone have a clue as to why this might occur?

I am having the same issue in my standalone E9. I raised a SR with Oracle; I keep you posted.
