ULimit Issue (please use a subject next time??)
Several things could be taking place.
Your profile's quota (ftp or disk space?) is being exceeded - Your
administrator should know better.
The limit is set, in unix, either at the Profile, quota (disk) or FTP...
Typically ULimit is set at the profile. Once set, you should logoff and
back on.. otherwise the setting won't change (typically).
