P4210 - Running at Windows and Web are different

Hi all

I find (by debug) if running P4210 at local web, I get "ER Engine Error: Paused Process is still executing !" (sales order still be generated) but same order entry is fine if running at windows base. This error cause P4210 does not finish properly.
