Config descriptions

Does anyone know if it is possible to print the description of all of the segments of a configured item on the pick list? I believe the pick list uses a part number and a config item does not have have.

Did you ever figure out if it is possible to print the description of all of the segments of a configured item on the pick list or elsewhere? Also, did you go live as expected? We're struggling with similar issues now, including your x-table pricing problem.
