8.9 \"ghost specs\" data selection/procession options not consistent
An old 8.9 issue that I am hoping someone remembers:
When you run a UBE- say a financial report, it runs no problem and returns correct detail.
Then you run the report again and change the data selection to a different country or you change the processing option to run a different date, the UBE will run but 'hold' the data selection or processing options from the first run.
Then if you run the UBE again passing in the same parameters that you changed in run 2- it runs correctly.
It takes two runs to 'release' the ghost specs. It doesn't happen all the time but enough for it to be an issue. We see it more with changes to the processing options but have also experienced it with changes to the data selection.
This happens on both the fat and the web client.
It was apparently fixed with an early 8.9 ESU but I cannot for the life of me find the SAR/ESU.
