A/B Z-File Upload

We are on E1 8.10 and are trying to use the Z-File to import vendors. We can create the batch with no problems, but when we run the R01010Z to upload to the F0101, the report says all the records were in error and get the following message in the WorkCenter:

CAUSE . . . . ERROR: File can not be accessed.
Solution. . . Change IBM security or authority using the IBM EDTOBJAUT command.
This file can not be accessed with the current IBM authority
for the User executing this request.

However, it DOES create all the address book records in the file except it does not update the processed flag. Additionally, when we run the second step to create the Vendor Master, it creates those F0401 records without any errors. We validated the address book records that got created and they were created with all the required information, so we are not sure why we are getting that error message and why the processed flag is not getting updated. We checked security and the role we are using has all the required access. Thanks for any help you can provide.
 
this is a bogus error. validate that all your required input fields are populated at time of processing. once the correct fields are populated the error message will go away.
